» Additional Guests: There is an addicional charge of 10$ for each person + 10$ for breackfast. Children under the age of 3 stay free (max2) if sharing a room with an adult.children from 3 to 12 years old pay 5$ + 5$ fpr breckafast.Outside guest are welcome to join you for breakfast at an additional cost.
» Parking / Transportation: If you are travelling by car , free parking is available in front of your room.
» Transportation: No pick up airport to Hotel Luisiana.Please use the orange oficial taxi !! we use our car with our taxi driver , cost 20$ for hotel airport , our taxi is a KIA SOUL WHITE 2012
» Payments: Rates are in US Dollar, Euros or Colones. We glady accept cash , mastercard, visa, diners club, and american express
» Reservations / Cancellations: Reservations are confirmed with a credit card number. Cancellations are accepted and refunds given, if made at least 30 days prior to you schedule arrival date, 50% refound 15 day before , no refunds from 1 to 14 day before.
• check in policy / rules: Passport is required ( ID card allowed only for american,canadian and costarican citizens )for each person , 100$ will be frozen on your credit card when you stay with us (or 100$ in cash)
» Cancellation and no show policy: No refund will be issued for no shows and cancellation made less than 7 days prior to the reservation date .A full refund will be issued for cancellation made 8 days prior the reservation date.
» check out policy / rules: 1$ is charged on your credit card when you check out for ecology fee , save the world. Hotel luisiana use ecolocycal en biodegradable soap for laundry use . we take care nature.
» visitors / rules: All external visitors need to check in with passport or ID , visitors time is 8.00 am - 7.00 pm
